The Importance of Business Sponsorship

Marching Band programs build teamwork, leadership skills, musicianship and demanding physical skills, and UD’s program is rigorous enough that it’s the only non-sport activity in which UD students can letter. But every marching band season is expensive and only partially funded by the school district and students’ annual dues payments. To keep the program vibrant, we also depend on the support of the Upper Dublin community, and are proud to recognize that support at our biggest event of the year. The Upper Dublin Marching Band Parents Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

How to Sponsor:

1. Choose your Sponsorship Level (read more about our sponsorship levels below and what each offers).

2. Fill out our Online Form or print and send in our Sponsorship form PDF

3. Send us your business logo:
   Best way to submit is electronically, in PDF, PNG, or JPG, format, to spectacle@cardinalbands.org
   Or send in a business card or other printed logo with your paper sponsorship form or check.
   Best format is in rectangular 16:9 aspect ratio (same as TV) but we can adjust it as necessary.

4. Send in your payment, via Paypal link below, or via check made out to UDMBPA and mail to
