About Spectacle

The Spectacle in Sound, hosted by Upper Dublin’s Marching Cardinals, is one of Upper Dublin’s longest-running traditions, drawing marching bands -and their fans - from Eastern PA and New Jersey since the mid-70s. Spectacle is often one of the year’s biggest crowds in one of UD’s biggest venues. Our 2025 show on September 27 will feature 12 local bands, followed by your very own Marching Cardinals, plus a special performance by the The World Famous Towson University Marching Band to close the show.
