The Spectacle in Sound, hosted by Upper Dublin’s Marching Cardinals, is one of Upper Dublin’s longest-running traditions, drawing marching bands -and their fans - from Eastern PA and New Jersey since the mid-70s. Spectacle is often one of the year’s biggest crowds in one of UD’s biggest venues.
